I combine Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork and reflective coaching, adapting each session to what you’re moving through in your life. Many people come to this work during periods of change, when they want to strengthen their resilience, move beyond limiting beliefs or reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose.

My weekly classes offer a consistent space to practise within a supportive group environment. Each class combines breathwork, movement and meditation to help release tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with your energy. Over time, many people find the practice becomes a grounding rhythm within their week.

My online sessions make it possible to practise together wherever you are. These monthly live classes combine Kundalini Yoga and meditation, often aligned with the lunar cycle as a moment to pause, reflect and reset. They offer a shared space for people who want to reconnect with themselves while practising from home.

Retreats offer a deeper immersion into the practice. Held in beautiful locations, these experiences combine Kundalini Yoga, meditation and time away from everyday routines. Stepping away in this way creates space to slow down, reflect and return with renewed clarity, energy and perspective.
