For many years I balanced a full time career alongside teaching yoga, quietly moving through my own transformation. Kundalini Yoga became the practice that helped me reconnect with my body, trust my intuition and find clarity during times of change.
For a long time I moved through life led mostly by my mind. Capable, driven and always doing, but often disconnected from how I actually felt. Kundalini Yoga changed that. Through breath, movement, sound and stillness, I began rebuilding my relationship with myself. Not by fixing anything, but by learning to listen.
This work supported me through some of the biggest shifts in my life and helped me move away from things that no longer felt aligned. Over time I found more resilience, more clarity and a stronger sense of direction. Today I share this practice through Kundalini Yoga classes, meditation and one to one work, offering a steady and supportive space for others exploring their own path.
Many people drawn to this work are navigating change in some way. Sometimes it’s a shift in career or direction. Sometimes it’s a quiet sense that something deeper is calling. Kundalini Yoga offers a way to reconnect with the body, strengthen the nervous system and return to your own inner guidance.
